Sesame Street Live

This past weekend we spoiled the big-brother-to-be with an outing to Sesame Street Live! Sesame Street is Connor's favorite show so we were hoping this would be a huge hit for him. He'd get to see his favorite characters, Elmo & Abby, singing and dancing right in front of him.

It definitely was a hit. He was so excited once the show started and was continuously pointing to the stage to show us who was up there. Connor sat in his own seat, or stood in front of his seat, for the entire 1.5 hours. After every song, Connor would sign/say 'more!' We were so glad he enjoyed it - and we enjoyed it too.

It's always fun to get out of the house and do something out of the norm for an afternoon. This was definitely money well spent. (Even the $10 Elmo balloon we splurged on was worth it!) And even though Connor might not remember it, Bryce & I will. And we'll remember how much Connor enjoyed it and how much fun the 3 of us had together that day. We will definitely be bringing Connor to another show - so hopefully it comes back again next year!
